Before your appointment

• If you are ill, please notify me and STAY HOME. *Cancellation fees may still apply.

• Arrive to your appointment with loose hair that has been cleansed in the last 5 days. Please do not arrive with twists or braids.

• Have 2-3 inspiration photos and be ready to discuss what you like about those photos.

• Cancellations made less than hours will incur a fee of 100% of your scheduled service.

• No shows will incur a 100% fee of scheduled service.

• We reserve the right to cancel your appointment if you arrive 15 mins late and the cancellation policy will apply. Be advised, the 15 mins is NOT a grace period. Please plan ahead to arrive on time.

• “Reservations” for your next appointment, if you choose to make one are non refundable if you should need to cancel for any reason. Cancellation & No Show fees will still apply if applicable.

• New clients follow your “New Client Procedure” instructions.

During your appointment

• Please do not bring additional guests.

• Wash hands prior to entering the salon.

• Mask mandates will be enforced per CDC regulations.

• Bring accessories that make you feel cute! Cute tops, earrings, lipstick or whatever makes you feel good for photos!

• Let me know if you are not comfortable taking photos. Thats ok too, we won’t take them.

• Be clear, be confident and don’t overthink it. We’re in this together!
